This council was created for the boards of Indiana Schools of Excellence and Xavier School of Excellence.  This council is an advisory group for the boards.  People on this board come from all over the country in different professions.  They all have a couple unifying factors:

1. They believe in school choice
2. They believe all children can learn
3. They believe in the Charter School Movement.
